Mary Janowski (also known as Mary Jaworski) was a 23rd century Federation citizen, a Human child who resided on the planet Triacus with her parents and the rest of the Starnes Exploration Party in the year 2268.
Biography[]
Seemingly unphased by the death of all of the adults on the expedition, Mary and the other children became unwilling followers of the entity known as Gorgan. When they were eventually rescued by the crew of the starship USS Enterprise, Gorgan coerced Mary and the children to take the Enterprise to Marcos XII and spread his evil persuasion. During the takeover, Mary accompanied Tommy Starnes on the bridge, where they maintained control of the ship. (TOS episode & Star Trek 12 novelization: And the Children Shall Lead)
