In 2376, Maz' fifth host was Lirisse, a Trill female who served as President of Trill. (ST comic: "Divided We Fall"; DS9 - Mission Gamma novel: Lesser Evil; DS9 - Worlds of DS9 - Volume Two novel: Trill: Unjoined)
- In Lesser Evil, set in August 2376, the Trill president is named Elekzia Maz. This contradicts information from Divided We Fall and Trill: Unjoined unless, rather than a name, Elekzia is a title, or Maz was briefly hosted by Elekzia before being transferred back to Lirisse.
