What is the voting time period on these nominations?--Long Live the United Earth 23:56, 27 August 2008 (UTC)

*shrug*, a week, or so? maybe... if there are no objections... --8of5 22:22, 28 August 2008 (UTC)

Standardization? Edit

As everyone can see, this page is rather unlike Memory Beta:Nominations for featured articles. I'd like to propose making this nomination page look more like the featured article nominations with a list of rules at the top of the page and the same voting format as we have on that page. This should streamline the process and make the page look better.

I'd also like to suggest moving nominations to Memory Beta:Nominations for good articles and using this page to list our good pages as is done with Memory Beta:Featured Articles.

Finally, I want to suggest creating a template for good candidates like Template:Featuredcandidate to alert people to candidacies. On the topic of templates, I also suggest unredirecting Template:Good and expanding it to include a message like the one on Template:Featured.

This seemed like a lot of changes and on a community project, so I wanted to bring them up for discussion first. Tell me what you guys think.--Long Live the United Earth (talk) 19:41, July 27, 2012 (UTC)

This has been sitting for nearly a year. Anyone have thoughts or objections? Otherwise, I will try to implement my suggestiions.--Long Live the United Earth (talk) 05:14, May 5, 2013 (UTC)
