Mendoza was a 21st century Human who held the title of President of the United States of America during World War III.
Biography[]
While she survived the initial days of the war, she found herself in command of very little afterwards.
In the year 2054, Mendoza ordered Phillip Green to stand down, but she was refused. Green slaughtered his way across the continent, culling the "weak" and "impure" and those afflicted with radiation sickness from humanity's gene pool, killing millions. (ST - Strange New Worlds 9 short story: "The Immortality Blues")
- In Last Unicorn RPG module: All Our Yesterdays: The Time Travel Sourcebook, it is mentioned that Phillip Green ran for President in 2052, and lost the election. It is likely, but not confirmed, that Mendoza ran at the time and won, placing the beginning of her presidency in 2052.
