Menzies 216 V was the fifth planet in the Menzies 216 star system. It had at least one moon and was the outermost planet in its system.
In the Kelvin timeline, the Federation starship USS Enterprise arrived at Menzies 216 V during its mission of exploration. The Enterprise subsequently engaged a squadron of Klingon birds-of-prey attacking a civilian Federation ship, the SS Smallwood. (TOS - The Q Gambit comic: "Part 1")
