Chairman Meow's specialty was as a starship commanding officer. (ST video game: Starfleet Command, ST video game: Starfleet Command II: Empires at War, ST video game: Starfleet Command: Orion Pirates)

No history or definitive final fate is established for this character as the name was randomly selected for a captain by the SFC games' software and is placed randomly when the character appears. The title of "chairman" has no real significance in the game, it appears to have been added as an in-joke referencing Chairman MaoWP.
