Mexh Brixhta was a Hamexi individual who lived in the 24th century.
In the year 2374, Brixhta was hired by Tomas Roeder to bring details of Section 31's morphogenic virus to the Dominion. Brixhta managed to escape Deep Space 9 with the information, but was stopped by Luther Sloan and Enderby on Santa Helena. (DS9 novel: Hollow Men)
