MAJOR SPOILERS
WARNING! This article contains MAJOR spoilers for the recently released novel Dead Endless. Caution is advised.
This page details Michael Burnham in alternate universes; for the Michael Burnham in the primary universe see Michael Burnham; for the Michael Burnham in the mirror universe see Michael Burnham (mirror).

In an alternate reality, Michael Burnham (born 2226) was a human female and Starfleet officer.

Like her primary universe counterpart Burnham served on the USS Shenzhou, becoming first officer to that reality's version of Philippa Georgiou. Unlike her counterpart, Burnham did not commit mutiny against Georgiou, who did not die in battle against the Klingons.

Burnham was later promoted to Captain and was named commanding officer of the USS Discovery. She remained friends with Georgiou, who herself was promoted to the rank of Fleet Captain. (DSC novel: Dead Endless)
