Biography[]

In 2268, on stardate 4597.1, he traveled along with Ambassador Robert Fox in a shuttlecraft to Paradise City on Nimbus III while interviewing him for an article.

Legacy[]

In 2311, Metlay's FNS article was used as bibliographic reference for a history book on the 150th anniversary of the Federation. (ST reference: Federation: The First 150 Years)
