Circa stardate 7822.4, Lieutenant Theivamanoharan was assigned to assess the situation on Sigma Iotia II, in the wake of the visit by the USS Enterprise in 2268. He expressed cautious optimism about the development of the culture, in particular noting the rising prominence of law enforcement officers such as Kall Porakan.
