Michael Zaine was a 23rd century Human man who lived on Sheridan's World.
Biography[]
Zaine was born in the 2240s or 2250s as a Federation citizen and gained qualified-level training in agricultural technology. (FASA RPG module: Conflict of Interests)
In the year 2268, on reference stardate 2/09, he was one of 200 who settled in the city of Continuity on the Human/Klingon colony of Sheridan's World. (FASA RPG modules: Conflict of Interests, Star Trek IV Sourcebook Update)
In the colony, he served as a farmer and general laborer. He was naturally good at socializing.
In 2283, when he was 34 years old, each citizen's vote was taken to decide its future. Zaine supported an alliance with the Federation, although if forced to choose another option he somewhat preferred allying with the Klingon Empire than for the planet to become independent.
