Mike Sussman was a writer and story editor on Star Trek: Voyager, and a writer and producer on Star Trek: Enterprise. Perhaps his most acclaimed Trek work was for the two-part ENT episode "In a Mirror, Darkly". In addition to the scripts, Sussman wrote detailed biographies of Jonathan Archer and Hoshi Sato to be used as briefly-glimpsed computer graphics in the episode.

Outside of television, Sussman has co-written a novel following up on the events of "In a Mirror, Darkly," published by Pocket Books in 2007.
