Mikel was a human male, born in 2340 on the farm world of Gault. In 2353, Mikel suffered a broken neck while playing soccer against Worf in a school league championship game and died the following day. (DS9 episode: "Let He Who Is Without Sin...")
Worf re-lived this tragedy while under assault by the Chova in 2371. (TNG comic: Perchance to Dream: "By a Sleep to Say We End").
In 2376, during a mind meld with Spock, Worf once again experienced the anger the Gault inhabitants had directed against him after Mikel died. (TNG novel: The Final Artifact)
