Mikhail Kamenev was a Human male who lived in the 22nd century.

In 2164, he represented Mars at the ambassadorial conference on Babel Station regarding Rigel's and Vega IX's admission into the United Federation of Planets. Kamenev was a vocal Planetarist, believing that a centralized government would destroy the autonomy and culture of the worlds in the Federation, and made his argument at every opportunity he could. However Vulcan diplomat T'Rama believed that Kamenev's standing may have come from his xenophobia. (ENT - Rise of the Federation novel: Tower of Babel)
