Milne Crater is a meteorite impact crater, a landmark on Luna.

History and specifics[]

The crater is 272 kilometers in diameter and located in the moon's southern hemisphere at coordinates 31.4° S latitude and 112.2° E longitude.

The crater is situated west of Gagarin Crater and southwest of Mendeleev Crater. (Last Unicorn RPG module: Starfleet Academy "Luna Planetary Index")

The crater was named for British physicist Edward Arthur Milne.
