It was originally the third mission of the "[[Romulan Mystery]]" [[episode]], but was removed from the game on 29 [[January]] [[2015]] as part of a revamp of the episode for the game's 5th anniversary.

[[Starfleet]] is worried that the Romulans will be able to access Starfleet's network of [[transwarp conduit]]s. As such, a [[Vulcan]] scientist has developed a new, advanced [[mine]] [[technology]] to protect the transwarp conduits.
