At some point, she was poisoned by her daugher B'Elanna (mirror), but was cure by a Klingon Doctor called B'Oraq's mirror counterpart. Neither woman found out about B'Elanna's involvment in the poisoning, though it turned the Doctor into an enemy of the Daughter. Regent Worf was known to lust after Miral, but since she disliked the foreheads of klingons, she refused all of his advances. As a result of this, she was reassigned to become the Intendant of Earth.
