Miranda Maris was a 24th century Federation citizen, a Human woman serving as enlisted personnel aboard the USS Resolute (NCC-92317) in Starfleet in the 2380s decade. (ST video game: Resurgence)
Biography[]
In the year 2380, Maris served aboard the Centaur-class science vessel USS Resolute and became friends with the fellow enlisted personnel Nili Edsilar and Carter Diaz. Diaz owed Maris a bottle of Saurian brandy by the time Maris transferred off the ship.
Maris temporarily served on the USS Adirondack while the Resolute was undergoing refitting, but returned to the ship when it relaunched later that year.
Maris arrived at Starbase 128, where the Resolute was docked, aboard Shuttlecraft Bronson on stardate 57931.4. She ran into Edsilar and Diaz before they embarked for a space walk. Maris reminded Diaz about the Saurian brandy. (ST video game: Resurgence chapter: "Change of Station")
Petty Officer Maris was part of the security detail for Captain Solano, Commander Rydek, and Ambassador Spock. During this trip to Hotari Prime she underwent Tkon bioforming, taking on the consciousness of one of the Scions of the Flame. (ST video game: Resurgence chapter: "Seat of Power")
Diaz and Edsilar noticed Miranda acting strangely when she returned to the ship, but dismissed it as stress. (ST video game: Resurgence chapter: "Containment Protocol")
When she failed to take the Tkon tablet to the containment lab in the previous episode, Diaz finally caught on to her when she accessed the isolinear storage lab and created an unauthorized data drive which she was using to steal information from the Resolute's main computer. (ST video game: Resurgence chapter: "Lost and Found")
She fought Portal 63's away team aboard the Tkon dreadnought Aphelion but was killed. (ST video game: Resurgence chapter: "The Hammer or the Anvil")
