"Mirror Eyes" is a 2004 Star Trek: Deep Space Nine short story by Heather Jarman and Jeffrey Lang. It was published in the Tales of the Dominion War anthology.
A Romulan spy on Deep Space 9 sends her intelligence on a disease affecting a crew of Vulcans, with Starfleet's best doctors working to find a cure.
