Mirror Type 1 was a material option, an Alpha Quadrant Alliance designation for the visual appearance of a spacecraft's outer hull, i.e. a vessel's "skin". Mirror Type 1 was available for some warbird classes of the Romulan Republic and its Romulan Republican Force. Mirror Type 1 put the ship in a glossy, multifaceted green cover, with darker green for shading. The warp plasma in the nacelles appeared teal or yellow .
On light and heavy warbirds, this material was just called "Mirror". (STO - From the Ashes mission: "Explore the Flotilla")
