Mislav Kovac was a male human who served in the Federation Starfleet as an officer in the 24th century.

Biography[]

As of 2370, he held the rank of Lieutenant and served as assistant chief engineer of the USS Odyssey. When Chief Engineer Rodzinski was killed by the Bajoran terrorist leader Orta, Kovac was promoted to Lieutenant Commander and became chief engineer. Shortly after his promotion, he perished with the ship during the Odyssey's confrontation with the Jem'Hadar in the Gamma Quadrant while sercing for Commander Benjamin Sisko. (DS9 episode: "The Jem'Hadar")
