The Mitrios was a class F shuttlecraft assigned to the USS Enterprise in the late-2260s decade.
Service history[]
In the year 2269, the Mitrios transported a landing party to the surface of planet R-775 I to investigate a ruined city. The Mitrios, along with its sister shuttles da Gama and Christopher, landed on the planet but were destroyed by Ascendant missiles launched from hidden complexes near the city. (TOS novel: Allegiance in Exile)
- The Mitrios was likely named after Verna Mitrios, the first person to walk on Mars.
