Moloki was an ancient Bajoran man.
Moloki agreed to assist Periki Remarro in her quest to rebel and free the Perikians from the Lerrit, and became an embedded spy amongst the Lerrit for the Perikian Free Army, sending back regular reports. Moloki was also able to make contact with General Torrna Antosso and Kira Nerys after their capture and incarceration in a Lerrit dungeon, providing them with an escape route and opportunity.
His motivations were not any sense of loyalty to the Perikia or love for the Perikian Peninsula, but merely to see the ruling class toppled. (DS9 short story: "Horn and Ivory")
