The Monastery of Gol was located on the planet Rigel V and situated in the Han-shir desert. It was constructed by the vulcanoid Rigelians after their exodus from their homeworld of Vulcan.
After its establishment, it became the spiritual center of Rigel V, where numerous ancient Vulcan artifacts were kept and the psionic and mental disciplines of the mind-lords were preserved.
Many Rigelians of New Jaleyl kept living quarters here, studying here during the summer seasons. (Decipher RPG module: Worlds)
