A Mondasian was a member of an aggressive and territorial race in the Delta Quadrant, with an apparently cybernetic nature. They wore plain metal masks over their faces.
In 2373, Mondasians threatened to destroy USS Voyager while responding to a distress call from David Bailey. The Mondasians were eventually repelled by the First Federation starship Fesarius. (VOY - Strange New Worlds I short story: "Ambassador at Large")
- The Mondasians are a reference to the Cybermen from Doctor Who, who evolved from the Mondasians and have a similar appearance. The Cybermen themselves have also appeared in the Star Trek universe.
