Memory Beta, non-canon Star Trek Wiki

Morad Pirak was a male Cardassian who lived in the 24th century and was a member of the Cardassian Guard.

In 2357, Pirak, who then held the rank of Gul, was assigned to Bajor to control the area around Hathon, which included a weapons depot. Prior to leaving Cardassia, Gul Pirak was honored with a reception at the State Museum of Natural History. Among Pirak's staff was Ataan Rhukal. (DS9 novel: Fearful Symmetry)

In 2359, Pirak ordered the execution of fifteen Bajoran farmers from the Ivassi township after they refused to display the Galor Banner outside their homes. The Shakaar resistance cell soon targeted Pirak for assassination, detonating an explosive that killed twelve Cardassians, including Pirak himself, all of his family and Ataan Rhukal. (DS9 episode: "The Darkness and the Light", DS9 novel: Fearful Symmetry)

Corbin Entek was responsible for the failure of the security grid around Pirak's home that allowed the Shakaar attack to be much more devastating. Entek did so as a means of getting Iliana Ghemor to join the Obsidian Order. (DS9 novel: Fearful Symmetry)

In 2373, Silaran Prin sought revenge for the deaths of Pirak and the others, killing many of the remaining members of the Shakaar before being stopped by Kira Nerys. (DS9 episode: "The Darkness and the Light")
