MovesWithBurningGrace

Chief Engineer Moves-With-Burning-Grace.

Moves-With-Burning-Grace a human Starfleet officer of Masai descent; his people moved to the desert world of Eristas during the first expansion from Earth.

Grace's people are phenomenal motive engineers and Grace was no exception. Velocity is of religious significance to his people; he found the very idea of stillness disturbing, but found that stargazing often helps. Despite being an engineer, Grace considered himself a warrior and was trained in the use of the battle lance (his had been handed down to him by his forefathers), remarking that "occasionally, the old ways are still the best!"

Before serving on the USS Enterprise as chief engineer during the tenure of Captain Robert April, Grace served on the USS Alexander and the USS Lee. He continued on the Enterprise when Captain Christopher Pike took command.

Some after his service on Pike's Enterprise, Grace joined the Starfleet Corps of Engineers and was stationed on the USS Lovell.
