The N'Vak colony was a Klingon colony in the 2150s.

In 2154, N'Vak was one of the first colonies outside the Qu'Vat colony to be struck by the Qu'Vat virus. The Klingon High Council ordered the destruction of the world after it was infected. (ENT episode: "Affliction")

In 2156, Kolos told Captain Jonathan Archer that part of the reason the High Council refused to help Earth in the Earth-Romulan War was the spread of the virus beyond N'Vak. (ENT - The Romulan War novel: To Brave the Storm)

In the 23rd century, the N'Vak colony was attacked by the Taal, a pirate ship commanded by Kuro. Koloth and the crew of the IKS Gr'oth attempted to stop Kuro, but had their ship attacked and damaged by the Taal when Koloth neglected to use the cloaking device to mask the approach of the Gr'oth.
