The NX-Delta was Earth's third NX prototype test ship, active in the 2140s.
Its exterior design shared many similarities with Earth's first warp prototype, the Phoenix.
In the year 2144, the NX-Delta was the first ship to attain warp 3. (ENT episode: "First Flight")
