Doctor Naadri was a female Paraagan in the 24th century.

Doctor Naadri worked for the Paraagan Science Council as a temporal researcher. On 27 November 2364 she was on Vandor IV discussing the complexities of time and time travel with Dr. Paul Manheim, Dr. T'Viss and Federation Department of Temporal Investigations agents Borvala and Lucsly. It was here that she first theorized a negative-entropy anti-time phenomenon, a theory that she would develop until at least 2381.

In March 2381, Naadri was regarded as a cutting-edge theorist by Teresa Garcia. (DTI novel: Watching the Clock)
