Doctor Naithe was a male Bolian member of the Interstellar Agricultural Aid Commission's Andak Project on Cardassia.
Like other Bolians, Naithe tended to talk incessantly, something which slighltly irritated Keiko O'Brien and Tela Maleren, although they took Naithe with good humor.
