Namid Hacquin was a 31st century Federation citizen, a Human woman in Starfleet service in the 3060s decade. Captain Hacquin was the commanding officer of the Federation starship Yelchin-E.

Biography[]

In the 3060s decade, Captain Hacquin served as commanding officer of the starship Yelchin-E. Her assignment was recorded on the ship's black box.

In 3069, Namid was looking forward to her wife and son coming aboard. In that year, the Yelchin, located about 1.000 lightyears from the USS Gav'Nor, was destroyed by the Burn when a cataclysmic galaxywide event rendered dilithium inert.

In 3188, a team of people at the former Federation Spaceport Devaloka unlocked the Yelchin black box, recovered by couriers. Commander Michael Burnham, a time-displaced Starfleet officer, learned Hacquin's name from the personnel file, and later read in the logs about the expected Hacquin family reunion foiled by the Burn.
