Narpran rum was an alcoholic beverage from the Narpra nation on Sauria. Narpran rum was not the same drink as Saurian brandy. The rum was dark and flavorful. Divers from Patorco Harbor distilled it from seaweed. (ENT - Rise of the Federation novel: Tower of Babel)

History[]

Circa February 25th, 2164, Federation mining consultant Antonio Ruiz enjoyed Narpran rum during his stay in Patorco Harbor.

Around June 22nd, 2164, Ruiz resided in Veranith but had a friend from Narpra who kept smuggling Narpran rum from the occupied country. He gave Charles Tucker III a drink. Tucker wondered whether it would be as good as Saurian brandy. (ENT - Rise of the Federation novel: Tower of Babel)
