Narv was a male Starfleet officer serving aboard the Vesta-class starship USS Quirinal in 2381.
When the Quirinal was attacked and boarded by the Children of the Storm, Lieutenant Narv was sealed in a science lab on deck fourteen. He worked on contingencies to destroy the Children's spheres, including a way to get the main sphere to leave the ship's shuttlebay to prevent it from exploding within the Quirinal. He managed to contact Lieutenant Julian Psilakis on the bridge and tell him his plan which they both then implemented successfully. (VOY novel: Children of the Storm)
