Captain Neb-lus was an outspoken member of the Kessok race. Neb-lus was initially suspiscious of the cardassians and their motives which were soon proven correct. Neb-lus later joined the USS Sovereign and her fleet in destroying Matan's orbital weapons platforms. After the ordeal was over, Neb-lus became a leading feigure in opening a new relationship with the federation.
