Neema Cyl was a joined Trill woman who lived in the mirror universe. Cyl was the governor of Trill.
Biography[]
Cyl welcomed Spock and Marlena Moreau to Trill in 2287. The meeting began well, with Spock initially viewing the Trill race as potential allies, however Saavik's actions soon soured relations, when she had several Trill citizens who were joined abducted for tests.
