The Nelkarites were a humanoid species that were members of the New Thallonian Protectorate from Nelkar.
History and specifics[]
The Nelkarites tend to have no hair, gold skin, and are often tall. They also generally spoke in a singsong, melodious way.
In the past they have had their share of political uprisings. Partially because of that, and partially in spite of it, the Nelkarites had been among the first to embrace the notion of the New Thallonian Protectorate. One of their laws stated that an assault on a noble leader of a house, or his immediate family, is punishable by death. (NF novel: After the Fall)
