Neuroallozine was a type of drug that was used in the Federation in the 23rd century.

History and specifics[]

Neuroallozine was used to bring humanoids safely out of stasis.

In 2277, Leonard McCoy used neuroallozine to revive at least two dozen humans and humanoids who had been put in stasis inside ancient structures on Varda III. He treated nine members of an archeological team from Luna University, including Galen Tripp, Alicia and Abdullah. His patients also included several Andorians, two Argelians, a Daarlin, a Deltan, four Elasians, two Klingons, a Phylon, a Romulan and a Thrix. (TOS - Plot-Your-Own Adventure Stories novella: Distress Call!)

In another storyline, the transporter restored the patients from stasis. The two Klingons immediately attempted to take control of the USS Enterprise, but Pavel Chekov apprehended them.
