Neurogenic radiation is a type of radiation that can be used in medical treatment.

In 2371, Julian Bashir was forced to flood Bareil Antos' nervous system with neurogenic radiation to revive Bareil after he was injured in an accident aboard a Bajoran ship. The radiation had a side effect in that it caused Bareil's arteries to constrict and slowed blood flow to his organs. (DS9 episode: "Life Support")

In 2376, the Neo-Purists used neurogenic radiation bombs that they hoped would break the symbiotic link between the Trill and Trill symbionts. (DS9 - Worlds of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine novel: Trill: Unjoined)
