A Niagara Barrel Roll was a starship maneuver which involved flying a vessel in a corkscrewing fashion. Columbia (NX-02) helmsman Reiko Akagi, a fan of North American roller coasters, often asked to try the Niagara Barrel Roll with the Columbia, and was given the opportunity during that ship's confrontation with a trio of Klingon vessels over Draylax.
