The Nibia system's orbit was the location of a planetary system, which included at least one planet with an interstellar civilization that had invented warp drive. This planet was 7.25 light years away from the Makon system. (TOS - Star Trek: The Manga - Uchu comic: "Inalienable Rights")
Based on its name, that planet may be Nibia, which saw battle in the 2370s when the USS Sanders, USS Peterson, USS Garza and USS Sentry attacked structures on this planet's moons. (ST reference: Ships of the Line 2015)
