Nikitushka Lomov was an overly-large male human from the planet Rampart in the 24th century.

He was named after Nikitushka Lomov, a fictional Russian barge-hauler. He sang many Russian Bylina songs.

History[]

In the 24th century, he was a Dissenter who hid from Cephalic Security troops and telepathic one-eye robots in the caverns of Alastor. He was a sculptor who chiseled a variety of life-sized statues of fictional and mythological characters. The many statues in Alastor were packed together like a thicket and included representations of Mahuika, Orpheus, and Wen-ch'ang. He lived with Coyote, Gunabibi, Rhiannon, Powell, and other Dissenters.

In 2366 when Deanna Troi visited Alastor, Lomov guarded the massive door blocking the entrance. He filed off the shackles of Troi’s handcuffs. Later, he was arrested by Daley and other security officers who broke into their caverns. (TNG novel: Gulliver's Fugitives)
