The Noh-Jay Consortium was a business venture created by Jake Sisko and Nog in 2369.

The Consortium's first venture was with a Bajoran whose self-sealing stembolts they had acquired from a Lissepian. The Bajoran gave them seven tessipates of land on Bajor that they were able to sell to Quark for latinum. (DS9 episode: "Progress")

In 2376, Jake and Nog told Korena about the Noh-Jay Consortium and the business ventures they undertook under its name. (DS9 novel: Ferenginar: Satisfaction is Not Guaranteed)
