Memory Beta, non-canon Star Trek Wiki

The Non-Apology was the name of a book written by the early Romulan writer Lai i-Ramnau tr'Ehhelih.

It contained a series of his writings which suggested that the Rihannsu brought the devastating result of their life to ch'Rihan by leaving Vulcan in the first place. His writings stated that they had run away from the problem which should have been solved before they left their original home world. Many of his works were expunged from the many kingdoms though a small number of which were carefully preserved and hidden amongst the eastern strongholds of ch'Havran. (TOS novel: The Romulan Way)
