Norith IV was a planet located somewhere in the space of the galaxy's Alpha or Beta Quadrants, the fourth planet in orbit of the Norith star system.
In the late 23rd century, Norith IV was one of the planets raided by the Merkaan raider Kantrul, under the command of acquisitor Sorra Buthatchef. Although transports were delayed for hours due to Buthatchef preening in his bath, Seemal Tezlin, who served under him, didn't protest. (TOS novel: Legacy)
