Norsa was a 24th century Argelian woman, a scientist in charge of Newton Outpost in the 2380s decade of the First Splinter timeline.
Biography[]
In the year 2385, Odo was asked to visit Newton Outpost by Federation President Nan Bacco just before her death. Norsa and her team were studying a Changeling-like entity that, once Odo attempted to link with it, became violent and struck both Odo and Norsa. Norsa suffered a concussion.
