Nyshev

Nyshev was a male Donican and a governmental minister in a regional area. In 2267, Nyota Uhura read news reports extolling his twenty-five years of community leadership, focusing on how he'd improved traffic conditions, beautified the community, and improved the efficiency of the Grid. Shortly afterwards, however, Uhura discovered Nyshev's name stricken from all official records, and his supposed accomplishments credited to another man named Zimmer. (TOS short story: "See No Evil")
