Centurion Odira was a Romulan military officer in the 2260s.
In 2267, Odira was serving aboard the ChR Revoth when it encountered the USS Lexington on the Romulan side of the Neutral Zone. Odira was responsible for operating the communications equipment during Commander Larael's conversation with Commodore Robert Wesley. (ST novella: The First Peer)
