Ohniaka III was a planet located somewhere in the space of the galaxy's Alpha or Beta Quadrants, the third planet in orbit of the Ohniaka star system. Ohniaka III was where Starfleet encountered the Borg in 2369. (TNG episode & novelization: Descent; ST - New Worlds, New Civilizations short story: "The Heart of Darkness")
