Memory Beta, non-canon Star Trek Wiki

The Ola class storage facility was a type of structure that is often seen among colonies of the Romulan Star Empire. They follow a simple yet effective system of "stack and grab" that allows easy access to supplies which can be quickly loaded or unloaded when required by the Romulan colonists.

It was within these structures that processed goods are stored by cargo bees. Once there, a reference code is sent which details the goods they have transported where they are then carefully stored for later use. This reference code allows the colonists to keep a close eye on the transfer of materials. This allows the Romulans to use the goods when in demand and maintain a check on them without much effort to ensure that they are not stolen or misplaced. (ST video game: New Worlds)
